Lot Protocol Action List

This window can be used to print the action list based on lot protocols for a date range. It is the same report that can be printed from the Lot Protocol Action List window. It is usually printed at the beginning of each week so you have a list of actions that need to be completed for lots during the week.

• Date Range. Enter the date range you want to print for. This is normally the coming week. Fusion will include actions that should be completed during this date range.
• Include Ignore Actions. Lot protocol actions can be set to an "ignore" status, meaning that you want them ignored for the moment. These are not normally included in this report, but you can include them anyway by turning this option on..
• Include Completed Actions. This report does not usually include actions that are already complete, but you can have Fusion show them anyway (assuming their date falls within the date range) if you turn this option on.

When you are ready to print the report, click the Print button. Click the Cancel button if you have changed your mind.

When an action applies to a lot group instead of the entire lot, the printed action list identifies the group and shows the current pens for animals currently assigned to it. This helps the crew direct work to the right animals without changing the lot's billing or closeout records.
