CCIA Rejected Submissions list window

When Fusion encounters an unrecoverable CCIA submission error it is logged in this list and you will receive a system message. This window can be used to figure out what happened. The CCIA error message is displayed for each record. With that you can work with CCIA to understand how to fix the issue. You can use this window to clear the error, re-submit the event, or change the event type.

This window has the following menu buttons available. (See the List Windows topic to learn more about list windows in general.)

• View Error. Use this button or double-click a record to see the full CCIA error and have a chance to copy it to the clipboard. This is useful if the error is too long to see in the list or if you want to send the exact error message to CCIA support staff.
• Re-Submit.... This button can be used to re-submit the selected records. See below for more details.
• Clear Errors. If you are unable to fix the errors by re-submitting them, you can clear the errors which will delete them from this list so you know they have been dealt with.

Re-Submitting

When you select one or more records in this list and click the Re-Submit... menu button, a window will appear. It will look a bit different, depending on the situation.

If the records you have selected contain a mixture of age verification and other types of events, the window will let you know that you can't re-submit a mixture at the same time. You need to either select all age verification events or all events that aren't age verification.

If you've selected all age verifications, you will be given the option to re-submit them or cancel the operation.

For other events, you can re-submit them as is. Or you can change the event type and then re-submit them under the new event type. This is helpful when you learn from CCIA that the event type for the animals was incorrect.

List Description

This list shows CCIA events that Fusion tried to submit to CCIA but which were rejected because of an issue. The error message that was returned by CCIA is shown in the list so you can work with CCIA to figure out how to correct the issue.

Field	Display Speed	Description
Create Date	Normal	The date this event was created in Fusion.
Create Time	Normal	The time this event was created in Fusion.
Location	Normal	The location this RFID came from.
Event Type	Normal	The type of event Fusion tried submitting to CCIA.
Submission Type	Normal	The part of Fusion where this event was created.
RFID	Normal	The RFID tag Fusion tried submitting.
CCIA Error Message	Normal	The error message that CCIA returned when Fusion tried submitting this event. Please contact CCIA to understand what this error message means and what you need to do to correct it.
