Fusion can be set up to track how each feed load was mixed. If you have defined an optimum number of mix cycles for a ration and if you have turned on the Mix Timer checkbox in the Physical Computer Management window, then the Mix Timer window will appear when you make a load and do the tracking.
Two modes are supported. If you have a Cattle Tech Rev Counter, the mix timer will use actual revolutions from the truck's mixer. If not, Fusion can simply keep track of the seconds the mixer was on as long as you let it know when you turn the mixer on and off. In either case, Fusion will track the target and actual cycle counts for each load.
If you set the Type field to Seconds, Fusion will use time to track how long a load is mixed. This mode has one option: Auto Start After Last Ingredient is Loaded. If you leave this option off, it will be up to you to start the timer at the same time you start the mixer in the truck. If you turn this option on, Fusion will automatically start the timer once all the ingredients are within (or more than) the desired threshold.
This mode should be used if you have a rev counter. The only setting required is the port which the device is connected to.
Once you've set things up, click the OK button to save. These settings will not take affect until the next time the Mix Timer window is opened.
You can open this window by clicking the appropriate Setup… button in the Physical Computer Management window.
