This list has a record for each ingredient that was added to any of the loads mixed with Fusion. It can only be viewed as a child list.

| Load Date | Normal | The date the load was made. |
| Load Identifier | Normal | The ID of the load this ingredient was mixed into. |
| Ration Name | Normal | The name of the ration that was selected for the load this ingredient is part of. |
| Version Date | Normal | The version of the ration selected for the load this ingredient mixed into. |
| Ingredient Name | Normal | The name of the ingredient. |
| Target Quantity | Normal | This is the amount of ingredient that was supposed to be added to the load. |
| Actual Quantity | Normal | This is the actual amount of the ingredient that was added to the load. |
| Quantity From Previous Load | Normal | If a previous load was blended into this load, and this ingredient was in the previous load, this will be the amount of this ingredient that came from the previous load. |
| Accuracy | Normal | This field is a calculation showing how accurately the ingredient was added based on the Target Quantity and Actual Quantity fields. 100% would be a perfect addition while 95% equates to an under-addition and 105% equates to an over-addition. The equation used is Actual Quantity ÷ Target Quantity * 100. |
