If you need support on a computer, it is often easier if we can see what is going on. This menu item will open your web browser and install a temporary copy of TeamViewer so our support staff can view your computer screen. It only makes sense to do this when asked to.
You can open this window by going to Fusion Core → Misc → Install Remote Support in office computers or Fusion Chuteside Main Menu → Options → Install Remote Support at chuteside or Fusion Truck Main Menu → Options → Install Remote Support in a truck.
