You can create your own inventory summary reports which can contain commodity, drug, input, and cattle sections in the report, each with just the columns of information you desire. See Inventory Summary Print Definition Window to learn how to set a new report up.
On the left hand side you will see a list of available reports. To print a report, select it in the list and then choose the appropriate print options on the right. Then click the Print button.
Note that the report definition determines which sections and columns print, but they will print in the order displayed before opening this window. This doesn't normally matter, but if you want to change the sort order for some reason, it should be done directly in the Inventory Summary window before opening this window.
When you select a report in the list, the description will appear to the right if you have added a description when you created the report. This is useful to make sure you are printing the right report.
To edit a report definition, Double-Click it in the report list. To create a new report, click the + button. To delete a report definition, select it and then click the - button.
If you want to create a new report definition that is similar to an existing report, select the existing report and then choose Duplicate Report from the button. You can then change the newly created report to fit your needs.
If you would like to share a report definition with someone else who uses Fusion, you can export the report definition by selecting it, clicking the button and choosing Export Report…. You will then be asked where you want to save the file and to give it a name. You can then email this file to the other person.
To import a report definition someone has given you, click the button and choose Import Report…. You will be asked to locate the file. If Fusion detects that you already have a report with the same name, you will have the option to replace your report or import the new report under a different name.
You can open this window by clicking the Print button in the Inventory Summary window.
