This window is where all the water meter readings that you have recorded are listed.
This window has the following menu buttons available. (See the List Windows topic to learn more about list windows in general.)
You can open this window by going to Fusion Core → Attributes → List Water Meter Readings.
Each water meter needs to have a reading recorded periodically so Fusion can calculate the amount of water used in tempering. We recommend recording this at least once a month. Once a week is probably better. When Fusion calculates water used in tempering it tries to get a meter recording from this list from before and after the date in question. It then figures out the amount of the tempered commodity used in the same period and distributes the water equally for the time period. If meter reading does not exist on each side of the time period, Fusion uses the closest such time period it can. There must be at least two meter readings before this will work.
Field | Display Speed | Description |
---|---|---|
Water Meter | Normal | The name of the water meter the reading was taken from. |
Read Date | Normal | The date of the reading. We recommend always taking the reading at the same time of day, preferably at the beginning or end of the day for best results. |
Read Time | Normal | The time of the reading. |
User | Normal | The person who recorded the reading. |
Reading (gal (Imp)) | Normal | The reading on the water meter. |
Reset After Reading? | Normal | Will be "Yes" if the meter was reset to a zero reading at the time of the reading. This is not necessary if you don't want to. |
Amount Not In Loads (t) | Normal | You may have a certain amount of the ingredient that was tempered but not included in any loads during the time period. For example, you may have sold some of the tempered ingredient. By telling Fusion the amount that was not included in regular loads, it can properly calculate the moisture percentage. |
Note | Normal | You can make a note for each reading. |
