Feed Loading Accuracy Report
This window is used to print the Feed Loading Accuracy report. While the Daily Feed Detail window can be used to see the loading accuracy for each load of feed, if you want to see the more general accuracy over a greater time period, such as a month, this report is needed. In addition, you can get a rough idea of what overloading might be costing you. The report can help identify areas where additional training or infrastructure changes may lead to greater accuracy.
To make the report, choose a location and date range. You can also filter the report to a specific driver. Then click Print to print the report or Export to export it as a CSV file which can then be opened by Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
Report Main Columns
Here is a list of columns that will be printed. Note that Fusion calculates the values for each day during the period, rounding at the end of the day. This is then summed for the whole period.
- Ingredient. The report shows accumulated accuracy information for every ingredient that was part of a load during the time period.
- Total Target. That sum of all the target values for the ingredient during the period, converted to billing units. Regular ingredients will be shown to three decimal places and micro ingredients will be shown to 6.
- Total Actual. The sum of the actual values loaded across the period.
- Actual Minus Target. The difference between the total actual and total target. In other words, a positive value means more than the target ended up being loaded during the time period and a negative value means less than the target was loaded.
- Percent of Target (Accuracy). This value also shows how much an ingredient was over or under-loaded during the period, but on a percentage basis. If it was loaded perfectly, this column would show 100%. Values greater than 100% indicate over-loading and and values less than 100% indicate under-loading.
- Billing Difference From Target. This column quantifies the difference as a dollar value. If the actual equaled the target, this column would be $0.00.
